Envisalink 3 high packet loss
Hello, I have started having issues with my EVL3 HW with "high packet loss detected. Network unstable. Duplicate IP address" issues. I have tried to reboot the modem, router, replace cables etc. without success. The IP LED (KEYB) on the module is flashing meaning it doesn't have an IP address ...

Re: EnvisaLink 4 Power Outage Concern Valid?
My device is now reconnected. Turns out when rebooting my cable modem and router, I forgot to reconnect Envisalink. Still wondering about the issue due to the power outage though. I am thinking reconnection should occur automatically regardless of power outage/router issue.

Re: EnvisaLink 4 Power Outage Concern Valid?
Hello, I just returned from vacation and my envisalink has been "offline" for the past 4 days due to a power outage. I received emails daily about the "EyezOn monitored device offline alert". To this day, I am still unable to reconnect the device. My Internet is working fine. I tried to reboot the ...

Re: *29 long range radio programing problem
Success!!! Finally!!! Thanks to Dean Robinson for solving the problem which was the delay in reporting via *50. In my tests, I cancelled the alarm before the report was ever sent, because of the delay. I now have turned off the delay and bingo! Reports are being sent before I cancel the alarm. I ...

Re: *29 long range radio programing problem
Sorry, I meant #56.GrandWizard wrote:When you hit *56 it says EE? or when you hit #56?
I think I may have solved the problem though.
Is the alert report supposed to say "exit fault" when the alarm goes off?
The only thing I did was to change *50 from 1 to 0, thanks to Dean Robinson's suggestion.

Re: *29 long range radio programing problem
Hi Grandwizard, I double checked everything: *48 through *55 and *59 through *75 are set according to the instructions. Zone programming via *56 will not allow me to enter (I get EE). Not sure what else I am supposed to program. Sorry, I am obviously not an expert programmer. You are right, there ...

Re: *29 long range radio programing problem
Non tech: I do not have any module installed and shadowing is unchecked from the envisalink server. My problem is that *29 programing does not seem to be retained and I am not getting alert reporting on alarms when they are triggered (opening/ closing of zones works fine) GrandWizard: I will double ...

Re: *29 long range radio programing problem
Wow! Sorry for pissing you off, but I read every single post in this thread! Seems to me not figuring it out is frustrating you as much as me. I did everything step by step and guess what? Still not working. Problem NOT solved. It is just interesting that since I posted the question more people with ...

Re: *29 long range radio programing problem
Sorry to be a pain, but my problem is not resolved. Yes, the 3* after *29, 1 allows you to get passed the screen that says: program, diag., quit, but when checking if the settings have been saved by typing #29, it still says not in use/ EE. I am still not receiving alerts when the actual alarm is ...

Re: *29 long range radio programing problem
Hi!
When I do 1,*,* I have a screen that says "enter * or #"
I tried to set off the alarm: no alert. The only one sent is when I cancel the alarm. It says opening code by user code 2.
Didn't work...
