You could investigate if one of the third-party firmware (DD-WRT or Tomato) can be load onto this Router.

I'm gonna throw this out there, but maybe put the PIR sensor(s) in a separate partition that is not armed while the main partition is armed? The other possibility to avoid a factory reset is to return the setup to what it was before (xfinity router only) and change from static IP to DHCP on the Envisalink module. Once that is achieved, then make the change to the "new" setup (xfinity router + Asus RT-AC87U).

Possible things to try:

1. Try a different Ethernet Cable.

2. Try rebooting your Router & Hub?

3. Remove your Hub from the equation by connecting the EnvisaLink 4 directly to your Router and rebooting Router.

4. Try another Router if you have one available.
