You could investigate if one of the third-party firmware (DD-WRT or Tomato) can be load onto this Router.

Cannot arm/disarm System from Online Portal

We have a Honeywell VISTA 20P Alarm System and the EnvisaLink 3 installed. For some reason we CANNOT arm/disarm the system using the online Web Portal from our desktop PC. We CAN arm/disarm from the Eyezon Mobile Portal (mobile link - Desktop PC) and/or Mobile Portal App (on our Android phones). If ...

Re: Get Status of PIR when system is armed

I'm gonna throw this out there, but maybe put the PIR sensor(s) in a separate partition that is not armed while the main partition is armed? Might work if your windows and doors have contacts installed and the PIR are just "belt and suspenders". Good luck. Thinking out loud, wouldn't it m...

Re: Offline after changing routers

The other possibility to avoid a factory reset is to return the setup to what it was before (xfinity router only) and change from static IP to DHCP on the Envisalink module. Once that is achieved, then make the change to the "new" setup (xfinity router + Asus RT-AC87U).

Re: Bell Home Hub 1000

Possible things to try:

1. Try a different Ethernet Cable.

2. Try rebooting your Router & Hub?

3. Remove your Hub from the equation by connecting the EnvisaLink 4 directly to your Router and rebooting Router.

4. Try another Router if you have one available.

Re: Alarm Relay AND Eyez-On Simultaneous Accounts

You could always use a 12 volt powered Ethernet switch and power it directly off the the alarm 12 volt panel aux power. One such device is a Netgear ProSAFE 5-Port Gigabit Switch GS105v5 http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/GS105V5/GS105v5_IG_15Apr2014.pdf Yes, I'm aware of the possibility of...

Re: Alarm Relay AND Eyez-On Simultaneous Accounts

Why did you stop using the 21P IP Module? You can use both the 21P IP and Envisalink. Use the 21P to send alerts to AlarmRelay and use the EVL to remotely control the alarm. Alarm Relay's cost to monitor via the VISTA 21IP is about $16/month (plus a $35 activation fee and a NEW $35 AlarmNet Fee), w...

Alarm Relay AND Eyez-On Simultaneous Accounts

We recently switched our Central Station Monitoring from one CSM Provider to Alarm Relay. Our Honeywell VISTA 21ip Alarm System was previously monitored via the onboard IP module of the VISTA 21ip and now we are using the EnvisaLink 3. We had to delete the EnvisaLink 3 from our Eyez-On Account in or...

Re: EnvisAlarms or Alarm Relay

You DO NOT need to subscribe to the EnvisAlertsPlus package in order for Alarm Relay to monitor your system (so no additional $5 per month)! IMHO, the fact that Watch Light/Alarm Relay is a US-based Alarm Monitoring Company is a major plus in my book. Also, Watch Light/Alarm Relay is very close to w...
