2-wire smokes do not use a Zone slot so they don't appear on the zone map. If they trip they will just issue a 24 hour Fire alarm without zone information. Thanks. It is a piece of information needed to talk to insurance company. In my situation (2-wire smoke detector), when I order EnvisAlarms ...

My panel is DSC 1832, with 2-wire smoke detector.

Does EnvisAlarms monitor the 2-wire smoke detector?

But this url works on only the fist page after logon. It keeps asking for username and password when click anything.

Mobile Portal security

I noticed that the mobile portal can be accessed without any account authentication. As long as anybody gets the URL, he is able to access the EnvisaLink-3.

Can you please add an account authentication process before log in the mobile portal?

I am going to install EnvisaLink 3 on my DSC 1832. And to use EnvisAlarm service. My DSC 1832 is monitored by the other alarm monitoring provider. I don't have the installer code. My questions: 1.
