After new firmware pushed, my EVL-3 shows off-line status several times a day. There was no problem before this firmware.

Gigabit router should not be the problem.
My EnvisaLink 3 is connected to a Gigabit router, RT-N56U. The EnvisaLink board uses a static IP. Did not test if DHCP can assign IP to it. But, do not think it is a problem.

Can this TPI document be applied to the newly released firmware witch includes Ademco TPI? I would like to access Ademco system by TPI.

The board is designed that it must communicate with something to keep it alive. Otherwise, it will reboot itself every 20 minutes. That means you at least need a local app to poll the board in certain time interval.

You need to program field *29. If I remember right, it is a menu mode. Just follow the menu to enable "Long Range Radio Output".

My 20P panel has been working for a while. Yesterday, after switching to a different CS, the EVL-3 showed not ready. Finally figured out the field *49 was reset to 0. The system started working again when setting the field to 5.
Double check field *49 settings.

Can Honeywell TPI be released in the near future? Or, it will not be release forever due to non-technical issues?

The contacts setup and alerts assignment should be correct. I received email alerts for every network supervision faulted and restored as well as alarm events (twice system false alarm). Since assigning the arms and disarms alert on last Friday, the system has been armed and disarmed at least 6 ...

First time to setup these alerts when leaving for vacation. Son came back home and disarmed and armed the system. But I did not receive any alert message.
I am not sure if these alerts are free or should be covered by EnvisAlerts subscription. Please advice.
