Re: new evl4 firmware? 1.05.208
@GrandWizard: Any plans to restore the previous password behaviour? The current restriction to 4 numeric digits is less secure than the previous longer alphanumeric version. In addition, it would great to have some assurance that testing the password behaviour will be added to the automated tests in ...

Re: new evl4 firmware? 1.05.208
How long is your password? I changed mine to numeric only, rebooted through the web interface and still no dice. [EDIT] Changed my password to 4 digits (was 10 digits) and now it works. Looks like the firmware has changed something with the password configuration. Before the firmware change I used a ...

Re: EyezON Mobile Portal App available for Android - BETA
Thanks for this app. The notification functionality is especially useful. I do, however, have an issue. It seems that the password characters allowed by the app are different to those allowed by the EyezOn website. From what I can tell, certain special characters are not understood by the app. For ...

Re: Eyez-On and GeoArm.com 3G Alarm Monitoring service - coe
The last update from Envisacor said the module was delayed as they wanted to have it report to any monitoring station for Envisalerts+ customers. Originally it was only going to work with Envisalarms. I have no timeline for this. Any update on this? This sounds like a module I'd like to get. Thanks ...

Re: New Feature Requests
This has been hashed out many times on the forum. It is much easier for a professional burglar to just cut your phone line than it would be to try something like you describe. I know there are some companies out there that offer this as a feature but I think the concensus is that this is just ...

Re: New Feature Requests
I think it would be very useful to add detection for "crash and smash" attacks. The "crash and smash attack" is where the burglar kicks in the door and quickly locates and disables the alarm panel before the entry delay expires. In this type of attack the alarm panel would never send out an alarm ...
