My 20P panel has been working for a while. Yesterday, after switching to a different CS, the EVL-3 showed not ready. Finally figured out the field *49 was reset to 0. The system started working again when setting the field to 5. Double check field *49 settings. Yes 5 was the correct setting for me ...

It appears the keypad settings (device address 20 in my case) *193 50 worked for me.

Online Primer: PART 2: Honeywell Vista Configuration claims 10 for vista but would not work for me.

Apparently 5 allows remote services device usage for the 15p.

Support doesn't appear to be able or want to help me resolve this, I was really in high hopes this product would work for me.

Returning this product seems to be my only alternative at this time.
