Envisalerts Plus
I have a question pertaining to this part of the advertising for Envisalerts Plus: "Turbocharge your experience with Priority Packets for faster command processing and status updates." So how much faster? I am curious more in the network supervision part of it for my perspective. I'd really like to ...

Re: Envisalink DSC trouble alerts - AC power fail not messag
I am curious now as to this matter. I always wondered why I have never received an alert message in regards to power failure. I have multiple Vista 20P systems, and not one of the have ever reported (AC Loss). They all have backup power as in regards to the internet. So is it my understanding that ...

Re: Compass Downloading
Any new news on this? This thread seems to be a couple years old, and myvirtualmonitoring offers the ability to use the compass software to perform uploads and downloads to Honeywell panels with their VM101 BAT, as part of their monthly fee. Maybe Eyez-On could add this support in, and add it in as ...

Two separate Vista 20p systems talking to each other via ...
I might be reaching for the stars with this one. Has this idea been thought of and it just isn't possible? The idea is to have two separate houses with there own Vista 20p systems with each having an Envisalink 3 module, talking to each other, so you can access the other property as partition 2 thru ...

Re: Vista 20p ARM-MAXIMUM
I'll let the portal people know but just out of curiosity, what do you use this feature for? There is no equivalent for DSC. Arm maximum is kind of like Away, but with no entry delay on any entry zones. It's kind of like instant with the motions activated. I believe most people use it when they're ...

Vista 20p ARM-MAXIMUM
Can you add ARM-MAXIMUM to the list of arming commands already in place...ARM-STAY, ARM-AWAY, ARM-INSTANT, DISARM on the web portal for Ademco users. Thanks.

Expanded system status for the Eyezon portal for bypassing.
Is it possible to get an expanded system status on the Eyezon portal for when the system is armed away, armed stay, disarmed in regards to zone bypassing? Here are some examples "Armed Away, Zone 01 Bypassed", "Armed Stay, Zone 02 Bypassed", "Disarmed, Ready to Arm, Zone 03 Bypassed". Thanks!

Re: Envisalink 2DS, E3-DSC, E3-ADM firmware 1.10.120 Release
Still not seeing:
Features:
- Adding support for Ademco macro keys A,B,C, and D. This is in both the TPI and from the Eyezon portal.
Is this feature already rolled out, or is this still to come?
Thanks for any info, this is a very nice feature to have for us Ademco users.

Re: New Feature Requests
Not sure if this has already been addressed. Maybe it is already available and I didn't see it, but would it be possible to have the ability to issue a A,B,C,D keypad command (Ademco) remotely? I have those quick keys programmed to turn on lights via the systems X10 communication ability and also ...

Re: Firmware Update
FYI, I too experienced a problem on one of my Ademco systems today as soon as the firmware update was pushed out. I logged in remotely via the secure portal and had no status for the system, and it said it was in exit delay - Trouble. When I moused over the word Trouble, a bubble popped up and it ...
