Re: IFTTT Integration for Automation
Any update on this? If Eyez-On were able to integrate with IFTTT, it would enable users to use the EnvisaLink for some pretty powerful actions. For example, an alarm event could turn on lights using WeMo, place a phone call about an alarm (with text-to-speech readout of the alarm details), or even p...

Re: Police PIN Entered
Is "Police PIN Entered" really the language DSC is using, or is it possible Eyez-On is mislabeling it? The DSC manuals, reference guides and keypad system logs I have all say "Police Code" or "Cross Zone Police Code." As the above messages note, this message just means ...

Re: New Feature Requests
New feature request: It would be great to be able to drill down further or filter on the alert settings so users can be more selective in the alerts they get. For example, a user might want to get an alert if the system is armed or disarmed by a particular user code (say, the code for the kids or fo...

Re: Partition Duress Code vs EnvisAlarm Duress
You can ignore my last comment - I've got the duress code feature now working properly. For future reference by others: I had thought that any code entered into 33 or 34 would be a duress code automatically on my DSC panel, but that is not the case. I had to go into user code attributes and tag it a...

Re: Questions regarding EVL-3
1) I believe the web portal guesses how many zones you have based on what zones it sees tripped, and updates the grid accordingly. If you try tripping zone 13 (or any zone in 9-13), will that cause the web portal to update the zone dashboard? 2) The panel simply reports arming that way (with separat...

Re: Partition Duress Code vs EnvisAlarm Duress
Is this correct? I don't have third-party monitoring, but I get no "duress" EnvisAlert when I enter my DSC duress code (user 33 or 34). There's also no duress or holdup entry in the system log on the web portal - just the system opening/closing by that user.
