I have a Envisalink 3 module that our customer activated to his account and returned it to us.

He didn't unregistered it.

How can I reset it - remove the module from his account.

Hi, Our customer has PC5010 (Power 832) and Envisank 3. All worked OK. He login to your web sites and activated device but he selected 'Envisalink 3 Honeywell'. Then the web sites showed 'Error: Panel Not Connected, Check Wiring or Registered As Wrong Panel Type' and Envisalink stop monitoring ...
