Re: Upgrade from EVL-3 to EVL-4?

128-bit encryption has existed at least as far back as the 2DS

Re: Change wording for closing and opening

I definitely agree with this suggestion. This is the first device I've seen to use Opening/Closing for the users panel/notifications. Arming/Disarming is much more clear. If you want to keep your industry standard wording, what about offering an option in the panel to change your preferred wording ...

Re: Get Status of PIR when system is armed

Honeywell systems do not report zone status when armed. I believe DSC systems might be able to.

Re: Line cut monitoring test for Envisalink

If I have EnvisAlarm subscription, will a line drop cause the operator to send someone out? I sure hope not... Any ways to change the network supervision fault warning to more than 10 minute? I am planning a trip to Europe and won't have cell coverage. Even if the operator from EnvisAlarm call me ...

Re: Minor portal suggestion (bypass zone input as numeric)

It's supposed to work like that. I will put in a bug report. Hey there, Any update on this? I noticed that the mobile portal now has the Max arm in the Arm menu, but this update never made it through. Additionally, could I suggest sending a * after the bypass command? I'm assuming the Bypass ...

Re: Vista 20p ARM-MAXIMUM

I'll let the portal people know but just out of curiosity, what do you use this feature for? There is no equivalent for DSC. Arm maximum is kind of like Away, but with no entry delay on any entry zones. It's kind of like instant with the motions activated. I believe most people use it when they're ...

Minor portal suggestion (bypass zone input as numeric)

Hey there,

Is it possible to make the bypass zone a numeric field in the mobile portal? Unless of course there is a chance of an alphanumeric entry.

It's just a little awkward going from alphanumeric keyboards to the telephone entry keyboard when bypassing a zone on my phone.

Thanks! :)

Re: Issues with alerts today?

Thanks for the response. I'm sure someone did get back to me, but it never made it to my gmail inbox. Is it possible to put in a suggestion for having some sort of online ticket management for us to view open and closed tickets (see their status along with any replies?). Removes you from being at ...

Re: Issues with alerts today?

My support requests unfortunately go unanswered (at least I didn't see a response to the last 2 that I made).

This issue was system wide though, or at least affected more than just a few accounts.
