I definitely agree with this suggestion. This is the first device I've seen to use Opening/Closing for the users panel/notifications. Arming/Disarming is much more clear. Honeywell systems do not report zone status when armed. I believe DSC systems might be able to.

Is it possible to make the bypass zone a numeric field in the mobile portal? Unless of course there is a chance of an alphanumeric entry.

It's just a little awkward going from alphanumeric keyboards to the telephone entry keyboard when bypassing a zone on my phone.

My support requests unfortunately go unanswered (at least I didn't see a response to the last 2 that I made).

This issue was system wide though, or at least affected more than just a few accounts.
