Does that mean I need to enter my code + 1 three times while an alarm is in process? Once to turn it off, then twice to acknowledge it? That would be my problem if so. I only entered it once to turn it off, then once to acknowledge it and clear it from the keypad screen.

I recently installed an EVL3 and things seem to be working correctly with the exception of alerts following an alarm being triggered. I've tested the system a few times, and the first time I trigger an alarm I receive an alert, but after that I don't receive any alerts (zone followers don't show up ...
