I am having trouble using both my GSM and the evl-3. I receive alerts on my phone and can arm system remotely. Alarm company keeps calling saying they are not receiving signal back from GSM. I have EVL-3 disconnected currently until I can fix issue. I have the shadowing box checked. Any suggestions?
