Can you use multiple thermostats with the security system and control them seperately?

I am interested in wiring a thermostat through my security system in order to remotely access it. I see dsc used to make an HS-EMS400 that I assume would work. Did they just stop manufacturing the thermostat and if so is there a replacement? Also would there be an aftermarket equivalent. Thanks so m...
