Re: Keyfob Arm user unknown?
If I set the option 1 in section 017 to OFF and enter a code for user 17, the keyfob in wireless slot 41 will be assigned to this user, slot 42 to user 18 etc. It was some time ago I did it so I might remember it wrong.

Re: Keyfob Arm user unknown?
Are you sure? I have successfully mapped one keyfob to user 17 and another to user 18. Everything works fine when disarming and the user/activity is displayed correctly in the log. When arming nothing appears in the log. I find this a bit odd.

Keyfob Arm user unknown?
Hi
Is it possible to see who armed the system with a keyfob (special closing)? I can see who disarmed, but not who armed.
Thanks.

Re: Set PC1616 time from Envisalink?
You are correct. That's the issue. Thanks for the quick support! Although I have set the time zone in my account settings, I thought this would automatically adjust the time for DST, but I was wrong. All looks OK now. If there is a possibility to add functionality for automatic DST updates, that'd ...

Re: Set PC1616 time from Envisalink?
OK, thanks. Then there is something I don't get. I do have the Auto update checked, but the time displayed in my RFK5500 panel is not updated. Doesn't the panel show the system time?

Set PC1616 time from Envisalink?
Hi Sorry if this has already been answered in another post. I could not find it though. Is it possible for the Envisalink to keep the PC1616 time up to date? My first need is to have daylight savings time set properly, second need is to set the time if the power for some reason should reset the ...

Re: User specific alerts?
why do you care if you receive reports about openings and closings from your wife/grandparents? Two reasons. 1. Spam. Why would I want to receive a note when I disarm the system myself? 2. Unwanted control. My wife feels monitored if I watch her every move. Sure, I can go into the log and see when ...

User specific alerts?
Hi Is there a way to get e.g. a disarm/arm alert when a specific user has made the disarm/arm? I want to receive a message when my kid gets home from school or leaves the house. I know I can enable these alerts in the portal, but I do not want them when I, my wife, the grandparents etc do the disarm ...

Raspberry Pi camera support
Hi
Just curious if anyone has successfully been able to add any "Other/Generic" camera to their Eyez-On account. I'm looking to add a Raspberry Pi camera for surveillance since it's producing high quality images at a decent price. Anyone with any experience here?
