I have emailed him.... waiting his response. My primary reason for getting this was to go behind my dog sitter who for some reason cannot arm my system back when he leaves. After I see how good it is, I may consider their monitoring services.

On my wireless keyfob, I can arm away just fine, but on my keypad, if I press away it prompts me to enter a code. The arm away on the mobile portal does nothing.
