I just which to wind mobile and the SMS is not working with envisalink, any one experience this?

The worse part is that they didn't even install the system we which to there monitoring service 3 years ago and they seem to think they could lock me out.

It's the TML that drives me crazy and also the FTC, The system only has 5 zones. when I do a hard reset the system clicks at least 10 times from the board, is there a way to reset the locked installer code? Reprograming the system should be straight forward with only 5 zones.

I have the eyes on board connect to my dsc 1550 panel, is there a way to reset the installer code or change it. I want to cancel my monitoring and do self monitoring but the company that took over our monitoring locked us out of our dsc 1550, I want to cancel but they refuse to change the code or ...
