I have a similar problem with a Vista 20P system. When I use the web interface to arm away, it goes into arm stay mode instead. It used to work correctly, but I'm not sure what changed.

Nevermind, I think it was actually set to 77 but still not working. I found that in order to make it work, I had to use address 17. I was originally trying to use address 23 (enabled via programming and set in the Envisalink) but it didn't like that for some reason.

Vista 20P - can't set *48 to 77 per instructions
I'm trying to configure my Vista 20P per the instructions at https://www.eyez-on.com/EZMAIN/evl3honeywell.php. According to step 3, communication setup, I should set *48 to a value of 77. I'm unable to do that. All I can set it to is 07, and my Envisalink doesn't seem to be communicating properly ...
