Yes I confirm. Same problem around 0:52 AM the alarm triggered suddenly.
I agree it's very annoying...

Unfortunalty, in my case the alarm wasn't armed. I was at home when this problem occurred suddenly @00:30
But I'll check those parameters of course !

Hi,

I've opened a SR after the last firmware upgrade. My alarm has ringed 09-28-2014 around 00:32 AM (France Time). Was it the same for you ?

I've opened a support request through the Eyez-on portal one week ago.
I've received a Support Ticket Confirmation by email, but I've received no answer.

Is there maybe another way to contact support ?
did you encounter the same issue with Eyez-on support actually ?

Hello,

No update on this issue.

This situation is unpleasant, my alarm will be triggered by the next firmware release. It could occure in 5 days or 5 month and I have no way to avoid this.

I'll try to contact Eyez-on support.

Hi, Any update or idea on this point ? I'm waiting anxiously for the next firmware release. As it's not an isolated case (I've observed the same behaviour on another installation) is there a chance to get a fix on this issue ? I've check 014 section, unfortunatly, options 1 and 6 only are activated.
