Re: New Feature Requests
Bypassing With the Portal I kind of like the concept of needing a code for such a sensitive matter as bypassing. At the same time the portal is great for not needing to know all the sequences by heart (on top of a stressful situation). If I may wish, could you add a field to enter the code at the ...

Thanks! That makes perfect sense. However, I kind of like the concept of needing a code for such a sensitive matter. Hello, I have some problems bypassing with my IP100D and DSC 1864 I can do it from my keypad but not remotely through the mobile portal(app). Have tried with both single digit and double digit zones. I "successfully" go through the menues, but no command seems to go to the system. (The "command ...

Re: Police PIN Entered
Hi,
That was kind of my guess, but the phrasing: "Police PIN Entered" is really quite misleading and scary!
Is this an orginal DSC event phrasing or an Eyez-on phrasing?
Bob

Thanks, EyezOnRich wrote: "1. Yes. This is on our list and should be done in the next round of changes." :D Great news! "2. No immediate plans. We keep the local page very light to keep costs down." :o Stay / Away arming is really quite fundamental. I would really, really appreciate that in a coming ...

Police PIN Entered
Hi, This could be a question for DSC, but I have'nt seen anything around the topic. What does "Police PIN Entered" mean? Sounds scary. Especially as noone entered anything during the test copied from the Portal. "Recent events: 2011-04-21 15:33:26 - Snickarbod Alarm Restoral 2011-04-21 15:33:25 ...

Re: New Feature Requests
Hi! Thanks for a great product! It really helps me get more out of my DSC 1864. I have two questions for you: 1) When will Eyez-on support several partitions? Including the mobile version. 2) When will Envisalink support both "Arm Away" and "Arm Stay"? (Envisalink supports partitions) Thanks, Bob
