Envisalink 3 for Honeywell 15P/20P

So I bought a new house with an existing Honeywell Vista 15P or 20P. I have experience with EVL-3 for DSC but no experience with Honeywell Vista including programming... I am currently getting the following error with my EVL-3 for Honeywell: "Error: Possible Keypad Conflict Or Keypad Programmin...

Re: Line cut monitoring test for Envisalink

If I have EnvisAlarm subscription, will a line drop cause the operator to send someone out? I sure hope not... Any ways to change the network supervision fault warning to more than 10 minute? I am planning a trip to Europe and won't have cell coverage. Even if the operator from EnvisAlarm call me, n...

Re: Efficient alarm setup before signing up for EnvisAlarms

I currently have my motion sensor at type 05. Correct me if I am wrong. With type 05 for motion sensor, it will get trigger instantly say if a thief broke in the house via a window. But if a legit person came into the house front door, triggering the front door contact sensor, the motion sensor will...

Re: Efficient alarm setup before signing up for EnvisAlarms

Here is the thing... I am complete newbe to home alarm system. I am fairly decent with electronics so hence I wire up the system myself but actual efficiency of the system is a trial and error for me, hence I posted this question :) I do not have any door contact sensor at the moment and I live in a...

Efficient alarm setup before signing up for EnvisAlarms

I have just got my DSC1832 with three motion sensors, two smoke detectors, a flood sensor and soon to be high/low temperature sensor. They all work and my Envisalink 3 will text/email when any one of the sensor is triggered. My concern is, everytime I enter the house, I will trigger the motion detec...

Re: Change to static IP?

Ok, I am now able to login to the local user config page for my EnvisaLink 3.

It only allows me to change the last digit the IP address? Is it possible to change from 192.168.1.XXX to 10.1.1.XXX??

Change to static IP?

I would like to connection my Envisalink 3 in my DMZ network which uses a 10.x.x.x network and does not have dhcp enable.

Is there a way to manually set static IP?

Re: Upgraded Camera Support

I am a new EnvisaLink 3 owner and really enjoy self-monitoring as I trip a bit for work. I have the TrendNET TV-IP815WIC camera that I use a lot to check on my house! We EnvisaLink 3 will support this camera, that would be really awesome!! Also, is there plan to create iPhone apps for Envisalink 3?
