Re: Honeywell Vista 20p No Test Alerts
Why Monthly - Monthly is Too long. Most Central Stations should accept weekly with out a problem. You have to change frequency to 1 (weekly) from 4 (28 days) using Schedules.
Keep in mind if panel loses power you would have to reset Real-Time Clock.
I would also check after enter\exit programming.

Hi All,
Just wanted to add correction - The 5881 series is capable of receiving non encrypted key fobs.
Non encrypted are industry standard. Also Dixit would have noticed check in failures of wireless
devices after 12 hours if programmed properly.

Hi All, Added a EVL3 to customer's 20P. I can only receive O\C text alerts if I enable O\C reports to Central Station (Way Expensive). My confusion - Total Connect will produce O\C alerts without sending to Central Station. Is there any work around for this? I do realize that I am NOT send O\C out ...

Re: Comm. Failure with Vista 20P even though system is worki
20P Comm Fail is caused by Control Panel attempting to call Central Station. Sounds like your primary path is good. But what about your secondary report. If you are attempting any dual transmissions and have a bad secondary CS phone number - that would cause it. To reset Comm Fail - You could down ...
