Re: No link light?
Ok, so I picked up a new EV3 module and installed it and I'm having the same issue as before. When I cycle the red wire the link light will come on for about a half a second and then go out. I'm starting to think the keybus panel is not providing enough power to the module, but the Keyb and Oper ...

Re: No link light?
Router is working just fine, it lights up when any other device is plugged into it. Shouldn't the the link light come on whenever it's plugged into the router even if it's 10base? All other devices light up both on the router and on the device.

Re: EV3 Not Communicating
Problem solved, envisalink3 only communicates at 10Mbps, not 100Mbps, had to use an old router that would switch automatically to 10Mbps.

Re: Envisalink 3 couldn't communicate with NetGear r6200
I have a Belkin N300 router and my EV3 will not communicate with it either. I don't know what what the issue is, but it won't communicate. I have turned off the firewall settings and also tried to put it into the DMZ with no luck. I have to plug it directly into my cable modem in order for it to ...

Re: EV3 Not Communicating
Your router is firewalling the Envisalink. We see it all the time in tech support. Try lowering your router's firewall security level or turning it off completely. I have turned the firewall off and also sent the IP address for the EV3 to the DMZ, and no dice, still won't communicate. All other ...

EV3 Not Communicating
I have installed my new EV3 to my DSC PC1616 and it will not communicate through my belkin router. If I connect it directly to my cable modem it works perfectly. What could be my issue with this? The cable modem is in bridged mode and my router is assigning all ip adresses (DHCP). The EV3 has an ip ...
