Changing DNS servers didn't do it. I then lowered the security on my router to the lowest level. That didn't do it. I then opened the specified ports in the firewall to the card. That didn't do it. I changed my FIOS router to use its own DNS servers to using 8.8.8.8. We will see if that fixes it. The alarm is plugged right into the FIOS router with no switch. Even if it was using my switch, it is over $400 so not a cheap one.

I just like to not burden the alarm company with non-real alarms whenever possible.
