Re: Is EnvisaLink compatible with a GS3060?
I don't believe that it is compatible as this is an all-in-one system and has no keybus that the Envisalink can connect to.

Re: Assign an English name to a zone?
Look at the top right of the system, there is something called MANAGE DEVICE.
Then pick MANAGE ZONE LABEL. You can change the zone labels from there. Also if you update zone labels, you have to click update on each line zone change otherwise you will have to re-enter the zone labels again.

Re: Wireless access for 2ds
The 2DS doesn't "have" to be in the panel, it just has to be on the keybus. Is there perhaps a keypad somewhere that you can run a wire to that is closer to an ethernet port? Keybus connections can be extended, tee'ed and tapped off just fine. If you stuff it in a wall, enclose it so it wo...

Re: Question about Reboot command
Are you using your phone line for communications/monitoring? If not you should disable communications and you won't get that error after alarm. The 2DS does not require this setting enabled for it to work.

Re: Is the TL150CE and 2DS the same thing?
I think a lot of dealers don't want to promote the 2DS as this can take away from potential monitoring revenue for them. I think a lot of dealers make most profit from the monitoring and not the equipment.

Re: Sharing an experience to help others
I was house sitting for a friend, for a couple of weeks. He has an alarm system, but not monitored. I only went there every couple of days, but I would not if something happened the rest of the time. So I poped in a IP100 at the time, and rather then running cables down the hallway, and down the sta...

Re: New phone portal- what happened to the bypass?
from what I can tell/ I have the option to bypass if the zone is open, but I see nothing for a zone that is closed.
