Re: help with Envisalink4 and Vista20p
What was not said is the connect-2-go model is a dealer-supported model, with other value-added services at additional cost. Thus the brush-off here. IIRC there is a separate portal where c2g models are managed. You may need to ask your friend about this portal or ask if you can swap out for a ...

Once you get your current issue sorted, lots of good Vista info and advice here: http://www.shieldlab.com/forum/index.php/board,5.0.html
I had a Vista 20 at my last house, but used an EVL3. I miss both that house and that alarm system (I have an older DSC system in the current house).

Re: EVL3 Reporting Keybus Lockout
Did you drop Mike P a message? He's usually pretty responsive about issues with his app. The recurring issue I have is timeout exceptions: "DscConnection: mpp.dsc.Connect2DS$AckTimeoutException: Acknowledgement timeout for 000: Poll", no issue with lockouts. EDIT: What panel are you using? Are you ...

Re: Central Station
I use the Envisalarm and my Central Station is Home Security Monitoring Center in Stowe, VT (based on the phone number that calls me for alarms). While having local monitoring does have some advantages, there is something to be said for geographical diversity. I would actually prefer to have a CS a ...

Re: EyezON Mobile Portal App available for Android - BETA
Any plans to add a Keypad to the app? Would be great to be able to program the panel from the app. Just type the sequence into the "Custom Sequence"? Probably won't work for long, complicated sequences. Or use something like MikeP's DSC Security Keypad - but you'll need to be on the same subnet as ...

Re: EyezON Mobile Portal App available for Android - BETA
Can we please get an update that allows us to change the tones, or disable them completely. The choices for the sounds are so aggravating and disruptive I have had to disable the app on my phone.

Re: Get Status of PIR when system is armed
Having owned a Vista 20 (and now a DSC), the Vista panels *do not* transmit the status of PIRs when in an armed mode. This is a limitation of the Vista panels (and an apparent advantage of DSC). This is not an EVL thing, it's a Honeywell thing. If that Reddit reviewer pulled it off (short of having ...

Re: Control Multiple EV4's with Android App Possible?
You would need to register the EVLs to a single account. Then you pick the device from there.
You can release a device from an account and register it again so they are combined.
Otherwise you will need to log in and out to each account.
