i can't no longer access my system via android phone.
it has been working fine for months and now it just stopped, nothing changed, i double check my router and everything is like it used to be yet i can't remotely access the system

thanks for the suggestions, I triple check the wires and still having the same issue, also is there suppose to be a red flashing light on the IP170 at all times, I do have that.

just installed the IP170 on a DSC 1832, the alarm arm and disarms ok and i can remotely access it and arm and disarm the problem is that since i installed the IP170 the fault light is on and also the keypad panel just displays --:-- no numbers or anything, the fault given when I input *2 is 8 any ...
