I have another module with the same issue, how can I change the password?

In eyezon portal there is only the option to "reset" password but nowhere to input the new password.

Is it because I don't access the EvisaLink module from the same subnet?

That worked, but I'm disappointed this change wasn't documented.

When I try to access the IP address of the envisalink module I only get an error from my browser that says the connection was reset. Also my home automation system is no longer connecting. When I login to the eyezon portal everything appears fine. I tried to power down the panel and back on again ...

And yes, I have a ticket ID. It is 20518.

I setup the Eyez On Alarm Monitoring service. I have not been sent instructions on how to program the DSC panel. It is currently still dialing the old central station and I want to stop that.

I am very worried about the lack of support. I signed up for the Eyez-On alarm monitoring about two weeks ago and I was sent a certificate of alarm monitoring and that is it. My alarm was previously monitored by another company. I replied to that email and asked for the proper programming ...

The site states that to label my PGM "You Need To Be Subscribed To EnvisAlerts Plus to use this feature."

Surely this is a mistake?

If you can post your full command with the checksum I can test it on my system, e.g.: 02011F4 for activate PGM 1 on partition 1

You can look at the ISY it's working with DSC systems, but I don't believe there's a an Envisalink API for Ademco yet.

DSC manual states 22-18 gauge for keybus wiring.
