It's a DSC 1864. If the trouble shows up on the LAN and Eyezon web, why no message? Does this work for anyone else?

I have my contact set up to receive troubles, but when I kill AC power, I don't receive any messages. The envisalink web site shows trouble/ac power fail, and the status page on my LAN shows system trouble. My keypads also report the system trouble and AC power fail. Is there a way to get the system ...

I changed it to AT&T MMS, and it's coming from an email address now, instead of a phone number. So far it has stayed the same email address, so I can keep all the messages under one contact (fingers crossed).

Thanks for the reply. Would it work to change the carrier in my account settings, or would that just make them not come through?

Just installed an EVL3 on my DSC, and noticed that every SMS that it sends to my AT&T phone, has a different caller ID number. It seems to be the same prefix, and changes the last digits by 1 with every message. Is there a way to keep it coming from the same number every time?
