Solved... When I assigned the envisalink, I used the (Envisalink 3 DSC) from the drop down instead of the Honeywell option

Thanks, I've emailed tech support, hopefully I can resolve this really soon, not really sure what else to do

Also getting this different arm screen then I'm used to

Vista 20p, 6262rf keypad, have IP address and can see the device at the ready from the Web app. If I try to arm the system remotely, nothing happens, however, if I arm from the keypad, I receive text alerts, any thoughts? Port forwarding issue?
