For everyone that is clueless to the issue I had, support explained the problem. There was a change in how closing is reported. To get alerts back you now have to select " Append Arming Mode" for the contact you want to alert, end of problem.

My system has worked without fail since it was installed in early 2015. Now for the last 3 days I am not receiving text on my phone or my wife's phone when the system is armed. When the system is disarmed the text are received? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

The question was not "superfluous" I have my envisalink 3 set to send text with no delay, the Dialer will not dial out for 60 seconds... I do not want the alarm to sound for 60 seconds to find out which is the reason the non-superfluous question was ask hoping someone having knowledge of such could ...

I have a Dialer installed, it only calls my neighbors cell and mine. I don't have shadowing turned on, my envisalink 3 is working perfect with it being off. In ones opinion will my Dialer continue to dial out when alarm is triggered? Can't remember but I think when I was setting up my module I had ...

Take and lay the module on a piece of paper, draw a outline of the module then with a pencil poke a hole thru the paper in the 3 mounting holes, cut out lay on the box where you want to mount it and take a sharpie marker and poke in each hole to make the marks on the panel then drill your 3 holes ...

When I sent my email as an alt I received the link, then sent to home page where it looks like an "ON" app. When I click manage device it appears there is a fee to list zones?
