I have two Duo units, both running version 97 firmware. I am getting a prompt on both units to update to version 100 firmware but despite using the app and a laptop, both units will not update. Anyone else have this issue?

Thanks for your response. My alarm system is centrally monitored and was on battery backup during the outage and reported normally when the power came back on. I have not been to the house since the power outage, so I need to trouble shoot remotely.
