wanz, I know this doesn't help you, but I wanted to reply. In my case, I ended up ordering another EVL3, and it worked right out of the box. Apparently, I just had a defective unit. I will say the tech support at eyez-on was excellent. Sorry I couldn't help more. I hope you can resolve your issue ...

Thank you for your suggestions. To clarify my setup... the NVG510 is actually a single modem/router/voip device (I updated my original post to reflect that). At this point, I do wish that were not the case and I would do as you suggested... eliminate it and try my setup with the old router instead ...
