I've had Eyez-on for years and when I use iOS to arm my system I have always just clicked arm then 'away arm' (without code). This has always worked. Today we made some updates to the system DSC PC1864 v4.5, now I can't arm from iOS Eyez-on without using a code. Any ideas on what I may have done ...

Auto arming is built into the panel, auto dis-arming is only available on the newer boards with v4.5 firmware I believe. You don't need a 2DS for those functions.

Guys, on the 2DS internal webpage can you move the 'change user password' to the 2nd page?
Its too easy to mistakenly enter something in there. There is no second chance verification! I really don't see a need for it on the main page.

Have you used our mobile version of the portal? It looks great on Safari for iPhone. You can do a heck a of lot more things on it than you can with the local page and you don't have to log in.
