Thanks GrandWizard. The time zone is set correctly in my Eyezon account. I have a DSC 5010 version 2. I been through the Programming worksheets, the installation manual, and the instruction manual. There is no mention of a daylight savings time option. Version 3 and up of the DSC 5010 has the option ...

Updating time
Is there any way to cause the time to be updated? After installing my Envisalink 3 yesterday my time was off by two hours. I went to the website, corrected the time zone setting hoping my panels would be updated, but they haven't been. Any suggestions? Can I still set the time manually?

Thanks. I wasn't sure if that would be part of the setup or not. At $49, I was kind of expecting that much reprogramming to be included. I have the installer code, manual and program sheets though, so I'm sure I'll be able to figure it out.

My DSC5010 has two trouble codes dealing with the phone line. Trouble code 3 is for the actual phone line, I'm assuming it monitors the line voltage to ensure there is a phone line connected.
