Ah, interesting. I run an ASUS router internally, but have Verizon FIOS and the camera forwarding is done in the FIOS router, rather than the internal ASUS router. Sorry to hear they have a problem.

You mention AC68W and AC1900 in your post, are you running two routers at once? Or is one the new one and one the old one? Are they both still connected?

Do you have any private networks setup internally (DMZ or filtering that prevents local connections on wifi from accessing local addresses?)

You don't mention which version of TPI you are using. Is it Honeywell or DSC? For the DSC TPI, I would expect you to send a 001 ' Status Report' command on new connections. This reports all current (known) status back to you over the interface. I took a look at the Honeywell doc, and see what you me...

For EVL4, does the TPI then accept the first 6 chars of the password even though the web page can support more, or will the TPI change?

I've seen a couple cases where it doesn't send successfully. Did it work if you try it again? You don't need to do anything else other than enter the 4 digit code. It will send it automatically once you enter it.

Got your PM with a photo of your web interface. Question for the forum... does the Envisalink 2DS support the full TPI interface? It looks like billinaz does not have the password setup options on his interface.
