Hi billinaz, I sent you a PM as well, but the defaults are username:user, password:user. You should change the password by accessing your Envisalink on the internal IP address with a web browser. What are you trying to do? Generally if you are trying to open it up for outside access, your firewall or edge router can be used to forward any external port to the internal port 80 of the Envisalink.
