Same issue here. The KEYB LED blinks slowly. DSC 1832 panel not connected. The DUO for DSC was added to my account. No faults as far as I can tell. Finding EnvisaLink Current Public IP Address
Is there a way we can dig into the status of the device or by other means via the module to determine what that is when logged into the Eyes-On account? It would be helpful to have that posted under the account profiles. Like under the MAC address.
