Did a reset on the board. now able to login

I did a reset password. waited a little while. Tried it.
Instead of the login page, I get a '5053cd'.
I did a reboot and waited then tried it --same '5053cd'

In the account settings panel isn't the change password for the online account?

Where do I find to send a password reset to the board?

Basically I'm having trouble trying to login to the envisalink 4 module on my local lan.
I entered the defaults user/user and it just comes back with the logon page again.
I have not changed the passwords.

I see everything fine with the eyez-on website.

I meant: zone 1 I allocated to entry/exit doors that are hard wired. As per your suggestion , I turned the door chime on. They worked without the new board. I installed an Envisalink 4 in a dsc 1864 system. As with the previous entry, I lost the entry tone on both keypads. when I disconnected the Evivisalink 4 board my entry tones came back. I don't know what the Correlation is but, I repeated the install and uninstall of the board with the same results ...
