That's strange, I have the same panel and EVL4 with no issues. Did you follow the attached documents?

I noticed the issue disappeared yesterday when setting the alarm. I just logged in and see I'm on ver. 102

After clicking Modify I don't see any Sounds drop down

I asked the pretty much the same question quite awhile back. GrandWizard replied;

Just get the EVL4EZ or EVL4. Don't get the CG version as that is for Connect2Go which is meant for professional monitoring companies. We can register CG modules on Eyezon but it's a real pain in the butt.
