In my case it's still not working. I received the following response to my trouble ticket on 5/4/13

"I've forwarded this on to the portal developers.Thanks for bringing this to our attention."

I recently upgraded to a EVL-3. My zone labels for zones 28-64 just appear as a zone number.
Zone : 38 -
instead of
Zone : 3 - Basement Door:

Anyone know if I did something wrong or is there something else going on?

My alarm installer told me he can't get the 2DS and it won't work the DSC power series. I already know that's not true from this forum. It appears to me this is also on DSC's website as the TL150CE. Just wondering if anyone can confirm that before I get a new alarm guy or figure it out on my own ...
