Re: no recent events

That copy is more detailed, thanks.

But even after setting all the fields in that document, I still do not see anything in Recent Events or Recent Activity sections of the portal. I only see the Open/Close "events" in the Status page and that doesn't appear detailed enough for me.

Re: no recent events

OK. I will set those to 1 (or 11) now.

FYI: option/field 64 is not mentioned in the Honeywell programming addendum.

Re: no recent events

Right, I am getting those events in the Status/Main page of the portal. They just don't appear in the Recent Events log.

The reporting options are two different settings (because I am getting them in one place in the portal, but not the other)?

no recent events

I am receiving events on the Status/main page for my device. However, the Recent Events log shows nothing. I would expect to see more events and/or more details in the Recent Events log as I open/close all my zones. Do I maybe have something setup wrong or misconfigured? This is a newly setup SW ...

Re: newbie question: Honeywell SafeWatch 3000

Follow-up/additional question: When the honeywell instructions say "no additional communicators", what are they referring to? My current panel has a phone connection (will be removed after successful testing of Envisalink 4), and I have one keypad (and all my sensors are wireless, if that matters ...

newbie question: Honeywell SafeWatch 3000

I have searched the forum and see references to this, but I can only infer an answer, so I'll ask the basic question: Can the EnvisaLink 4 work with (connected to) the SafeWatch 3000 - which I believe to be a slightly-modified Vista 20p? SECOND QUESTION: I have a relatively "hardened" firewall ...
