Looks as if it is the Chrome browser on my phone. Laptop had no problems. Anyone else have this issue?

Newb here...I have created an Eyez-On account via the web page, but when I go to log on with the password sent to me it states I have an invalid acct/password combo. I even tried resetting by using the lost password function, it mails it to me, but still denied. Any thoughts???
