Re: EnvisaLink 4, can you add on cellular/phone backup notification?
@Crikey - I have 24x7 monitoring service via AlarmRelay over internet. So when that goes down, no protection. Now unlike tomedjo in the last year, I think I have noticed 2-4 times that my Fios internet has gone down. That said, I would still like a backup just in case. I'm fairly PC literate ...

Re: NOTICE: T-Mobile throttling SMS messages from Eyezon
Is there any way around this? Automation to have an email account send a text message? Push notifications are good but not "real time"/"real notification" like text on smart phone.

Re: Monitoring service EYEZ-ON or 3rd party suggestions
So I spoke w/ Alarm Relay, it's $8.95 p/month + $80 activation vs. Eyez-On $8.99 + $49 activation. Eeyz-On is out of Canada, but that should not matter when it comes to the monitoring. Both are U/L so I guess it just comes down to price??

Monitoring service EYEZ-ON or 3rd party suggestions
Morning all... So I'm debating (more like planning) to sign up for a monitoring service. While the alerts are great, we feel more comfortable knowing that someone will respond in an emergency. With that said, can you all recommend a monitoring service? How is the EYEZ-ON, I have heard great things ...

Re: Alarm triggered but no text/sms sent, event log incorrec
I set *50 to 0, it's possible that from time to going off to disarm was less than 30 seconds, which would, if it was set as 2, not send an alarm alert correct? (Off question - what happens what I set that to 0 and have monitoring service activated? - is that basically the time the alarm needs to be ...

Alarm triggered but no text/sms sent, event log incorrect
Evening all. I have the EVL4 hooked up properly to my Honeywell Vista 20p panel. I triggered the alarm today, then disarmed it via mobile portal (approximately 1min after alarm went off) and there were no SMS text messages delivered. The Event screen on my EYEZON page also does not annotate an alarm ...

Physical Installation of EnvisaLink 4 onto Vista 20p Panel
Morning all... received my EVL4 and looking to install/mount it onto my Honeywell Vista 20p panel, but the holes don't seem to line up anywhere, I can only fit one with the plastic mounting knob included with the EVL4. I don't want to use only one as it's not too secure and "flops" around. Any ...
