Ethernet to Wifi Adapter

Then I'm more confused than ever... I'm using the IP address provided to me by the eyez-on website.
It says:
(L): 192.168.2.3
There are only three devices on the network:
1) 192.168.2.254 (Router)
2) 192.168.2.3 (evl-4???)
3) PC
Could the internet webpage be listing an incorrect local ip???

Local IP doesn't show login page. Shows LAMP Stack Default
I'm assuming the EVL-4 uses a lamp stack to run it's web interface. When I enter the local IP I do not get the EVL-4 web interface login page. I get the default LAMP stack page. Can anyone give some advice?
