EnvisaLink and non-DSC thermostat
We're looking to install a heat pump which requires changing the thermostat, I believe they would use Ecobee. We currently have a DSC thermostat and it works great with the EnvisaLink 4. I'm wondering if the thermostat is changed to a non-DSC or Honeywell would we still be able to integrate it with ...

Activity History
Haven't logged into my account for a few months but did so today and noticed that my history log of all events is completely empty. I didn't delete anything. Any idea what happened? I've used the history log before when dealing with my ISP about network issues so it is quite a handy thing to retain ...

Network Supervision Fault
In the past few days I've been getting repeated "Network Supervision Fault" alerts (sometimes several in a day) and they've been resolved in a couple of hours. I've had these only rarely in the past, usually when there were significant storms and possible power outages and they would resolve very ...

Re: Low Temp Alert
Thanks for your detailed response uski. I think that's more involved than what I wanted/was prepared to do. Problem is the keypads are at the front/rear doors so it's colder than in the hallway where the thermostat is and low temp keeps triggering when it's really not an issue. I can live with the ...

Low Temp Alert
Is there a way to change the cut-off where the low temp alert is triggered? I understand that there is a sensor in the keypad that triggers the alert. I believe it kicks in at 6 Celsius but I'd like to lower that setting. Is there anything in the Eyezon software that allows me to change the temp ...

Trouble getting wires to stay connected
Is anyone else having difficulty getting the supplied wires to stay connected to the board? Can't get the wires to stay in their slots and don't want to overtighten. Video doesn't show exactly where they go into the slot. Thanks.
