I agree I don't like that Alarm.com shows/tracks the user codes. They also require certain programming changes to be made by the installer on their web site vice the control panel. Thank you. One suggestion re green refresh button. The two arrows indicating a refresh button need more contrast. It's almost impossible to see the arrows; it just looks like a plain green icon.
