DSC 1832 and brandonlive is correct in his last paragraph about what I'm looking for.

Is there a way to trip the alarm remotely? Reason I ask is I have motion cameras at home and it would be nice if someone is coming to the back door and it looks like they are going to break in if there was a way to remotely set off my alarm to send them away.

I have a Trendnet TV-IP512P that I would love to get working. I would be more than willing to do any tests you guys might need me to do, etc to get it added. Would be nice to see one added that uses Power Over Ethernet (POE)...I have my lines run, but was planning on NOT having to run power out and using POE to run the cams...just a thought.
