With respect, I would strongly recommend spending $20 on a CAT5 or CAT6 Ethernet cable to directly connect your device to the router (if at all possible). WiFi (especially with a repeater) is a less than ideal connection for a security system.

Is it just me or does the search function on this forum not work?
No matter what I enter, I receive the same message "The following words in your search query were ignored because they are too common words: update."

Dumb question... Does the EyezOn Android app stay active all the time? Otherwise, how can it receive alerts?

I purchased the EnvisAlerts+ and Partition Upgrade service last year but now I see that is has expired. I know it is a 12 month offering but I would have expected some kind of notice rather than the sudden expiry. I am quite sure I did not receive any notice. Does Eyez-ON not provide such notice?

This only appears to be the case on the primary account. The "change sounds" option is not available for other Contacts. It is available for all App contacts. It is meaningless for email or SMS contacts so it doesn't appear there. I have a "standard user" sub-contact setup only to see partition 2 ...
