Re: Automatic Network Time Updates Now Available
It seems that the Daylight Savings Time switchover happened after the nightly network time updates. So yes, your system will update tomorrow morning. We'll make sure that doesn't happen in the spring. Thanks for the fast answer! Just wanted to verify, love not having to manually update the keypad ...

Emergency Number on Monitoring Information page?
Just started the monitoring service and I've got a dumb question.

Re: Possible New User Questions?
If the IP monitoring is setup - you would also have a phone number dialling string in the communications>>phone number section, which should be DCAA as the dial sequence. You may have to remove that as well, or you will get an FTC error. At least I think that's the case. You are correct and just ...

Change security events you get email alerts for?
How do you change which security events you get email alerts for?
I've looked and can't seem to find where to change this, I'm sure it's obvious and I'm just missing it.
Thanks,
Neal

Re: Upgraded Camera Support
A very good thought. We are looking at a few other camera lines as well and there is a rumour that Foscam is introducing a POE cam shortly. I see Foscam now has two POE cams: outdoor: http://foscam.us/wireless-ip-cameras/foscam-fi8905e-outdoor-poe-ip-camera.html indoor: http://foscam.us/indoor ...

Re: Possible New User Questions?
Hi, no you do not need the installers code to install the Envisalink. It requires absolutely no programming of the panel on the DSC platform. But... if you take out your TL-250, then you will get a trouble on your system because the TL-250 is gone. You would need the code to do a module reset and ...
